Our items are handmade and uniquely madefor each customer.

Although we strive for perfection, no two items will be exactly alike. You may notice slight differences from the items pictured or tiny imperfections due to the handmade nature of the item. 

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted, unless the item arrives damaged.

If damaged, please email us at ShopSimplicityCreation@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage in your initial email. Emails without photos or emails received after 24 hours of delivery, will be automatically denied. 

Current turnaround time for items is between 1-3 weeks. 

If you need an order rushed, please email usat ShopSimplicityCreation@gmail.com before placing your order. This will allow us to confirm that the requested rush date is feasible.
